Return Policy - Terms and Conditions

At SleepFit, customer satisfaction is a priority, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your mattress, our return policy outlines the steps and conditions for returning your mattress.

1. Return Eligibility:

You may return your SleepFit mattress under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
  • Condition of the Mattress: The mattress must be in unused, undamaged condition with no stains, burns, tears, or other signs of misuse.
  • Original Proof of Purchase: To initiate a return, you must provide valid proof of purchase.

2. Return Process:

  • Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact SleepFit customer service at info@sleepfitlife.com within the 15-days return window. You will need to provide your order details and proof of purchase.
  • Return Authorization: A Return Authorization (RA) number will be provided by customer service. This number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package when returning the mattress.
  • Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Pick-up or Drop-off: If applicable, SleepFit may offer a pick-up service for the mattress at an additional cost. Alternatively, customers may be required to drop off the mattress at an authorized location.

3. Return Eligibility Exceptions:

The following are not eligible for return under the SleepFit return policy:

  • Worn, Used, or Damaged Mattresses: Mattresses that have been stained, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
  • Comfort Preferences: If you simply do not find the mattress comfortable, it will not be eligible for return. We recommend trying the mattress for a few weeks as comfort adjustments can take time.
  • Improper Use: Any mattress that has been subjected to misuse (e.g., using an improper foundation, folding, or damaging the mattress) is not eligible for return.

4. Refund Process:

  • Refund Amount: If the mattress is returned within the allowed 120-day period and meets the conditions for return, the customer will receive a full refund (excluding any applicable shipping or delivery charges).
  • Pro-Rated Refund: After the 30-day period and within the 120-day return window, customers may receive a pro-rated refund based on the time the mattress was in use. A restocking fee may apply.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days after the mattress is returned and inspected.

5. Restocking Fees:

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% of the mattress price will apply.

6. Final Sale Products:

Certain promotional items or “Final Sale” products, including custom mattresses or special orders, cannot be returned. These products will be marked clearly at the time of purchase.

7. Warranty & Return Limits:

  • This return policy does not extend the SleepFit warranty. After the return period, the warranty terms as outlined in the SleepFit 8-Year Limited Warranty apply to the mattress.
