Limited Warranty & Return Policy

Applies To: SleepFit mattresses purchased from authorized retailers or directly from SleepFit.
(8)-Year Limited Warranty
SleepFit proudly offers an (8)-Year Limited Warranty for your mattress, ensuring quality craftsmanship and durability under normal residential use.
1. What’s Covered:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for (8)-year from the date of original purchase. SleepFit may, at its discretion, repair or replace the mattress if found defective.
Eligible Defects Include:
- Material Defects: Issues in the core materials due to faulty manufacturing.
- Indentations or Sagging: Body impressions greater than 2 inches that are not caused by improper use or foundations.
2. Warranty Period Coverage:
- Years 1–3: Free replacement or repair of the mattress if deemed defective.
- Years 4–8: Pro-rated replacement or repair. Customer will be charged a percentage of the original price, based on years of ownership.
3. What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear, including minor sagging under 2 inches
- Damage from misuse, such as stains, burns, tears, or folding
- Use with an inappropriate or unsupported foundation
- Comfort preferences or dissatisfaction with firmness
- Mattresses used in non-residential settings (e.g., hotels, rentals)
- Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or Acts of God
4. Warranty Claim Process:
- Contact SleepFit Customer Service at [Insert Contact Info] with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
- SleepFit may request product inspection, which may be at the customer’s expense.
- If the claim is approved, SleepFit will repair or replace the mattress with the same or a comparable model (if the original is no longer available).
5. Additional Warranty Terms:
- Non-Transferable: Only valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
- Void if the mattress is used improperly, modified, or altered.
- SleepFit is not liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the repair or replacement of the product.
Return Policy – Terms & Conditions
We want you to love your SleepFit mattress. If you’re not satisfied, you may return it under the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility:
- Return Window: Within 15 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Mattress must be unused, in clean, undamaged condition, and free of stains or alterations.
- Proof of Purchase is required.
2. Return Process:
- Contact SleepFit Customer Service at info@sleepfitlife.com to request a return.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number will be provided. This number must be included on the return shipment.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Pick-up service may be available at an additional fee, or drop-off at an authorized location may be required.
3. Non-Returnable Situations:
- Mattresses that are used, worn, stained, or damaged
- Returns requested for comfort preferences
- Mattresses used without proper support or foundation
4. Refunds:
- Refund Timeframe: Refunds processed within 15 business days after inspection, via the original payment method.
5. Restocking Fee:
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
6. Final Sale Items:
- Custom mattresses, special orders, and items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are non-returnable.
7. Warranty vs. Return Policy:
- This return policy is separate from the 8-Year Limited Warranty.
- After the 15-days return period, all concerns are handled under the warranty terms outlined in Part 1 above.

We’re happy to offer free delivery for all SleepFit mattresses within the Greater Houston area — no extra fees, just better sleep on the way!
🛑 Please note: Delivery is to the ground-level entrance of the house only. We do not currently offer in-home setup or upstairs delivery.
